1. Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Digital Connect (ABN: 18 624 641 623) and you ("Client") regarding the provision of lead generation and CRM automation services.

2. Service Description

Digital Connect provides lead generation services through Meta and Instagram advertising campaigns, along with CRM automation and business process automation. Our services are delivered on a monthly retainer basis.

Services include:

  • Campaign strategy and planning
  • Ad creative development and management
  • Lead qualification and delivery
  • CRM setup and automation
  • Monthly reporting and optimization

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on your specific business requirements and campaign scope. Payment is due monthly in advance. All prices are in AUD unless otherwise specified. Invoices are issued at the start of each month.

4. Monthly Retainer Model

Digital Connect operates on a transparent monthly retainer model. This allows us to dedicate resources to your account, provide consistent optimization, and ensure steady growth. The retainer includes:

  • Dedicated account manager
  • Weekly strategy sessions
  • Continuous campaign optimization
  • Monthly performance reporting
  • CRM automation support

5. No Lock-in Contracts

There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all campaign data and documentation.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and target audience details
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Providing feedback on lead quality
  • Maintaining adequate capacity to handle incoming leads
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Connect is not responsible for factors outside our control, including but not limited to: changes in Meta/Instagram algorithms, market conditions, economic factors, or client-side issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes campaign strategies, performance data, and business information.

9. Intellectual Property

Campaign creative, strategy, and optimization methods developed by Digital Connect remain our intellectual property. However, you retain ownership of your business data and lead information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the laws of Australia and resolved in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Digital Connect reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
